How do I locate my Magic Key ID#

    Hi there, Ruby!

I always feel glad to welcome a fellow member of the Magic Key program here to planDisney! I’ve been enjoying mine for several months now. I love how it gives access to A Whole New World of Disney magic, which I'm sure has you soaring, tumbling, free-wheeling towards a dazzling place you never knew with special discounts on merchandise and food, access to special events, and more!

Your Magic Key ID number is a unique identifier that is assigned to your Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass and is important to helping you smoothly access your account information, make reservations, and enter the parks. You don't have to look over, sideways, and under for it. Let me share this whole new world with you, Ruby, for finding the information you need.

First, if you have your physical Magic Key card handy, check the back. Your ID number is the 18-digit number located just above the magnetic stripe. If you have lost or misplaced your card, don't worry, we can still help you locate your ID number.

Ruby, have you downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App yet? There are a hundred thousand things to see on this free app. What I personally love the most is that I can place mobile orders for meals, snacks, and beverages so that I’m always one jump ahead of the breadline when I’m ready to eat! But Ruby, in my opinion, this is also the easiest and most accessible way to find my Magic Key ID.

From the app, find the ☰ feature menu at the bottom right. Find the “Tickets and Passes" section in the left column. From there, you should see your Magic Key with the 18-digit ID listed under the bar code.

Another way to find it is to locate the confirmation email you received when you purchased your Magic Key. The email should contain all the necessary details about your membership, including your ID number. If you can't find it in your inbox, don't forget to check your spam folder too!

If you're still having trouble finding your Magic Key ID number, don't worry! There are other options. You can try by calling the special Help Center line for Magic Key questions. They'll be able to help you locate your ID# and answer any other questions you may have about your Magic Key membership. Additionally, if you've lost your Magic Key card, your ID number may be printed on the receipt you received when you purchased your membership.

I hope these tips have helped locate your Magic Key ID number, Ruby. Enjoy all the perks that come with being a Magic Key Holder and I hope you plan many shining, shimmering, splendid visits to the most wondrous place. If you have any further questions, just hop on your magic carpet and soar back to see me. I’m always happy to help.

You ain't never had a (planDisney) friend like me,
