Welcome to planDisney! Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is coming up so very soon. How exciting! The due date for a Walt Disney World vacation package is 30 days before arrival. Let's go over how to view this due date online and get your balance information.
Pamela, to get started you will need to log into your My Disney Experience account. If you have not created one yet, Hakuna Matata. Creating an account is super easy and makes itinerary planning on the go a breeze. You can begin this process by clicking the
My Disney Experience link on the Walt Disney World website. Once you have created an account be sure to link your travel plans. You can do this by selecting the "My Plans" option and selecting "Link Reservation" under the blue hotel icon. Once you have completed your account setup, or if you have already done this, you should be able to view all payment information through the My Disney Experience website. You will find all the details on the My Plans site. Scroll down this page until you see your hotel reservation details. You should see your travel dates, confirmation number, and a remaining balance with an option to make a payment. When you click the make a payment link it will take you to an online payment page that will also state the date that the full balance is due. If you do not see this information you can reach out to a friendly Cast Member with
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. They will be able to answer any balance inquiries and assist you with making a payment by phone.
Pamela, it is important to note that if you booked through a travel professional or agency you will not see balance information on My Disney Experience. You would need to contact them directly to review your balance and to make payments.
