I’m thrilled that you are familiarizing yourself with the
Disneyland app before your upcoming trip. The app will be your best tool for navigating the parks efficiently and linking your tickets ahead of time is one of the first steps to complete if you will be using
Disney MaxPass. Worry not! The names associated with the tickets in your app are for your own personal organization only and you will have no trouble using the tickets when you get to the Disneyland Resort. The tickets aren’t officially assigned to a person until you enter the park and your picture is taken by a Cast Member. You aren’t able to change the names in the app on your own, but you can stop by a Guest Relations location once you arrive or try calling the Tickets line at (714) 781-4636 to have the names changed.
Since you’ll be using the Disneyland app during your trip, I wanted to make you aware of the new Mobile Ordering feature. If you plan to dine at any quick service location, check to see if you can order your meal on the app to save you some time. You can order and customize your meal on the app for select dining locations and then when you arrive at the restaurant, tap the option to alert the restaurant that you are there, and you will pick up your freshly prepared meal at a designated counter.
