Hey there Fran! Welcome to planDisney. I'd be happy to help you out with your ticket question!
I'm excited to hear that you have tickets for Disneyland Resort and I would be happy to try to walk you through the steps to get your tickets onto your niece's phone. If you have the confirmation email from purchasing the tickets, you should be able to forward your niece that email. Then if she had a Disneyland account and the Disneyland app, she can scan the QR code for each ticket and it will link to her account.
If you have already loaded the tickets onto your Disneyland account, you can simply share your Disneyland account with her or you can share the ticket ID numbers and she can load them onto her Disneyland account and Disneyland app. A ticket can be linked to more than one account so this should not be a problem if you have them on your account and her account.
I find the easiest way to link tickets to accounts is by using the
Disneyland app. Once you download the app and sign in to your account, click the three horizontal lines to the bottom right. Next, click "Tickets and Passes". This will show you all the tickets currently connected to your account, as well as give you options to link passes and tickets at the top right corner. You can scan the barcode or enter the ID number of the ticket to link.
Once your niece has the tickets added to her phone, she will want to make sure that the tickets have
theme park reservations for the days that they want to use the tickets. All tickets must also have reservations for that day to be allowed in the parks. You can make reservations through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app.
I hope this helps you and your niece get your tickets and reservations squared away so you can enjoy all the magic of Disneyland Resort. See you real soon!
