    can I load a gift card onto my magic band?

    Hi Rita,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love using my MagicBand to charge food and merchandise purchases to my Disney Resort Hotel room.

    At this time, you may not load gift cards onto the MagicBand. You will need to have a credit card on file with your Disney Resort hotel to enable the ability to make a purchase using your MagicBand. However, you can always go to the Front Desk of your hotel to pay any balance you have on your account using a gift card.
