Welcome to planDisney, Hannah!
How exciting that you're planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. You'll be just in time for
The World's Most Magical Celebration. That'll give you an opportunity to get a photo with
Mickey Mouse in his EARidescent outfit and see
Cinderalla Castle in all her EARidescent splendor. There are also new rides (like
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind), shows (like
Disney Enchantment), memorable souvenirs, celebratory décor, tasty snacks, unique drinks, and so much more! You're certainly going to have a couple of zip-a-dee-doo-dah days!
Hannah, as someone who used to reside on that side of the pond, I can confirm that UK-based Guests cannot currently purchase 2-Day tickets through the
official Walt Disney Travel Company website. You basically have two options: you can purchase a
7-Day Magic Ticket or a
14-Day Magic Ticket. Both of these options are fantastic deals (in fact, US-based Guests like myself are jealous of these deals). You'll be able to enjoy unlimited access to all four Theme Parks and the two Water Parks, plus the Park Hopper Option, Memory Maker, and more!
However, I realize that these tickets don't work for every Guest. Therefore, if you can only visit for a couple of days, you'll need to purchase your tickets when you arrive in the States. You'll then be able to access
Disneyworld.Disney.go.com to purchase from any of the available ticket options. However, since there are currently capacity limits at the Theme Parks, I recommend checking out the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before purchasing any tickets.
I hope that's helpful, Hannah. Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. See ya real soon!
Mike
