I live in the UK and have booked a vacation for Sept 15 at OKW I have tried to link my reservation to My Disney Experience on 2 occasions and the system can not find my reservation. How many days in advance can i do this? Many thanks

    Hi Robert,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I positively love a stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort.  The feeling there is so relaxing and calming, and the theme of the Florida Keys is tropical and happy.

It turns out that there might be a reason that you are having trouble linking your resort reservation to My Disney Experience.  It is my understanding that United Kingdom guests who have booked through the Walt Disney Travel Company may not be able to link their resort reservations in My Disney Experience until about 300 to 330 days before the check in date.  Reservations at Disney's Old Key West Resort do appear to be impacted by this.  Given that your travel dates are in September 2015, you should be coming up on being able to link your resort reservation to My Disney Experience soon.  To learn more about this, and to find out if it is indeed what is impacting your ability to link your reservation to My Disney Experience, I suggest that you call The Walt Disney Travel Company at 0800 16 90 730.  If you find that you need more assistance with My Disney Experience, the number for help with issues with My Disney Experience is 0800 16 90 749.

I would like to thank my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists Emma and Jane for their thoughts on this answer.  I hope that this information is helpful for you, Robert.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
