    If I live out of state, can a Florida resident purpose tickets for me at a discount? If so, does this person have to present with me at the check in gate?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Unfortunately, discount offers for Florida residents apply only to those who live in the state. To activate tickets purchased under the Florida resident discount program, each adult ticket holder must show proof of residency in Florida.

    Don't despair, though. Walt Disney World periodically offers special vacation packages or other discounts that are available to any guest. I would keep an eye on the special offers section of the website to see if something come up that's appealing for you.
