I live in Southern California and I want to purchase a SoCal resident ticket. However, I lost my California ID. Is there any other way I could prove that I’m a resident

Hi there, Lesley! Welcome to planDisney!

The Disneyland Resort So Cal Ticket is a special 3-day, 1-park per day ticket that can be used from January 1 through May 15, 2025. Hopefully, that gives you enough time to secure a replacement photo ID! Please note the SoCal Resident Ticket is for Guests who reside within the qualifying ZIP codes of 90000 and 93599.

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your California ID. That's no way to start the New Year. Unfortunately, a Cast Member confirmed today that a government-issued photo ID is required for admission when using the current SoCal Resident Ticket. This means a California driver's license or California ID would be required. The use of personal mail such as bank statements, utility payment notices, or student IDs is not an acceptable substitution for a photo ID with proof of residency. I'm sorry if this isn't the news you hoped to hear, Lesley!

There are so many exciting things happening in 2025. Check out the Disney Parks Blog for all the event dates and details!

I hope this information, helps! Please visit again if you have any other questions!

    See ya real soon,
