    1. If I live in Puerto Rico I can participate in the One More Day Disney Day Sweepstakes? 2. Can I buy the meal plan if Iam not staying in the wdw resort?

    According to the Official Rules of the One More Disney Day Sweepstakes, entry is restricted to  who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States, D.C. or Canada (excluding Quebec).  You can read the full Official Rules here: http://disney.go.com/memories/rules.html

    The Disney Dining Plan is reserved for those guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resorts.  It's just one of a number of great benefits on-site resort guests enjoy.
