I live in Panama City FL and plan to meet my brother and his family who will be visiting WDW from Canada. I'd like to take advantage of my Florida Residence status and buy my nieces and nephews their 3 day park passes. Do we have to escort them into WDW?

    Hello Leonard!

Great to hear from a fellow Floridian! The Florida Resident Discounts are limited only to Florida residents. (For a detailed list of proof of residency, please see Validation Requirements.) However, you can purchase the tickets for the minor children as the proof of residency applies to adult tickets only. If you purchase tickets online, you will have to bring the confirmation to the will call window or guest services to pick up the tickets. At that time, you will have to present your Florida Drivers License to collect the tickets for the minor children and you must present the credit card used to purchase the ticket as well. Once they have the tickets, they can enjoy the parks with no problem. Hope this helps!

If I can assist you with any other planning question, please feel free to send them my way!

Thanks for sending your questions in to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Happy Planning!
