Hi Lindsey!
Being fellow residents of the Sunshine State with Mickey and Minnie does have advantages! When my family lived in Florida we kept our
Annual Passes hot going in and out of the
Walt Disney World theme park turnstiles.
A Florida driver's license or state id is the easiest way to prove Florida residency and obtain a specially priced annual pass, but other documentation is accepted. You may present a monthly mortgage statement no more than two months old that shows a Florida address along with a picture id. The id does not need to be a Florida one; a passport or a driver's license or state identification from another state is acceptable.
If you have a valid picture id, you may use other types of paperwork to
qualify for a Florida Annual Pass. Any bills, mail, or policies presented must be no more than two months old. A home insurance bill or policy, mail from a financial institution or government entity, auto insurance, or a utility bill will all work.
Currently sales of most Annual Passes are on hold. The exception is the Disney Pixie Dust Pass for Florida residents. This pass allows you to visit the parks on non holiday weekdays; weekends and holiday weekdays are
block out days. Hopefully sales of other types of annual passes will resume sometime in 2022.
Wishing you a wonderful time hanging out with your new neighbor Mickey!
