Breathe in that salty boardwalk air, Belinda! There's nothing quite like a stroll on
Disney's BoardWalk, especially in the evenings when this outdoor area comes alive with entertaining performers, games of skill, and movies under the stars. I have thoroughly enjoyed the boardwalk at night and would be happy to answer your question about what you can see and when you can see it on your next visit.
The boardwalk does still feature live outdoor performances on select evenings. I have seen magicians, LED jump rope troupes, jugglers, and other skilled acts, and they usually set up their space just as the sun is setting and the dinner crowd begins to arrive. I checked Disney's BoardWalk Inn
activities schedule and applied the Entertainment filter in the
My Disney Experience app, but I could not find a set time or schedule for these performers. I think your best bet would be to call the hotel and ask if there will be performances on the day you plan to visit or ask the Cast Member you connect with what the schedule looks like for the duration of your visit.
If you aren't able to catch some live entertainment on the day you visit the boardwalk, don't worry! There's still plenty to do and see. Guests in your party who are age 21 or older can dance the night away at
Atlantic Dance Hall, and everyone in your group can scope out a tasty dinner option from the wide variety of
restaurants and kiosks on the boardwalk. I never met a corn dog I didn't like, and they're serving up gigantic versions of this classic fare over at
Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs. If a sit-down meal is more your speed, I recommend trying an Italian specialty at
Trattoria al Forno and ending your meal with the tiramisu. Stick around for a movie under the stars on the Village Green, or pile everyone into a
Surrey bike and pedal your way around Crescent Lake.
