Maureen from NH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I live in Nh. I have just purchased 2 $450 tickets. I won’t be able to go. Not now, or in the future. How can I get my money back?

Welcome to planDisney, Maureen, and thank you for sending us your question.

Unfortunately, theme park tickets are non-refundable. I'm sorry. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for. Even though tickets are non-refundable, there are options for using them in the future, even if right now you don't anticipate a visit. The type of theme park tickets you have purchased will determine how long you have to use them. I would suggest calling the Disneyland Resort Reservations & Tickets Service at (714) 781-4636 to find out your available options.

When you are ready to visit the magic, you can access the theme park tickets in your Disneyland account, and make theme park reservations. I hope your plans change and you are able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth soon.

    Best,
    Lisa
