    We live here in Fl. and have the magic 4 day passes, and are booking a room, I would like to get the dining plan. Can I get the dining plan when I book my room if I'm not getting tickets?

    The Disney Dining Plan is offered to Guests that book a Magic Your Way (MYW) vacation package. A MYW package includes accommodations at a Disney Resort and tickets. So to answer your question, you must purchase your theme park tickets from Disney in order to take advantage of the Dining Plan. You cannot take advantage of the Dining Plan if you are going to use the current passes you hold.
