We live in Louisiana and will make it to Orlando that evening late so we were gonna get a hotel on the outside of wdw then check in next day but how soon can we check in that morning??

    Hi Brandy!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

Check-in time for Disney World Resorts is 3:00 p.m. EST.  If you arrive earlier than 3:00 p.m., you are welcome to go ahead and check in.  If your room isn't ready, they will give you your welcome package that includes any park tickets, Dining Plan meal credits you've purchased, resort information and your Key To The World cards.

They will contact your phone once your room is ready and give you the room number so that you will not have to come back to the reservation desk, or you can just return after 3.00 p.m., if you prefer, to be given your room number.
You can use all the amenities of the resort while you are waiting, or you can leave your luggage with Bell Services, and head to the parks.

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation.
