We live in Florida and would like to purchase the Florida 4 day passes for a trip with our kids, but there is no option for children aged 4 and 7. Do we have to do a child ticket at 3x the cost?

    Hello Audrey,

Thank you for reaching out to planDisney! I completely understand your concerns about ticket pricing, especially when planning a trip for your family.

The Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket, which is valid until September 28, 2024, is designed to offer great value with the flexibility to visit one theme park per day, plus options for park hopping or adding visits to water parks. However, it’s important to note that this ticket is priced the same for both adults and children aged 3 and older. This uniform pricing might not always feel ideal, especially for younger kids.

If this ticket option doesn’t seem like the best fit for your family, don’t worry—there are other ticket options available that might better suit your needs. I recommend checking out the full range of ticket choices on the Walt Disney World Resort website, where you can compare options and find the one that best matches your family’s plans and budget.

Additionally, here’s a helpful tip: If you’re considering a longer-term visit or think you might visit the parks more frequently, you might want to look into upgrading to an annual pass. The cost of your current ticket can be applied toward the purchase of an annual pass. As a fellow Floridian, I’ve enjoyed taking advantage of this option myself. The payment program for annual passes has allowed me to use my tickets throughout the year, making it a flexible and convenient choice.

I hope this information helps you find the perfect ticket for your family’s magical adventure. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. Wishing you and your kids a fantastic time at Walt Disney World!

    Best regards,
