I live in Florida. My brother & his wife are coming to visit and I'm trying to purchase Magic Your Way Tickets for them on the Disney website but I get an error when I go to pay that the products aren't available because of my billing address. Any advi

Hi Kate! Every now and then the website will have a glitch and this is what you may be finding. You can try it again in a day or better yet just call and see if they can help you via the phone. 407-939-1289

Please be aware that another issue might be the fact you are not allowed to purchase the Florida special rate tickets for non residents of Florida. The specials are only offered for in state residents who can show a valid drivers license etc to prove residency.  Guests who attempt to use the Florida special tickets will run the risk of being asked to show residency proof when entering a park. If they cannot do this then they will be turned away and asked to pay the difference in the price of the tickets. Disney is getting more strict about this then in the past. You didn't mention where you brother and his wife live but this could be a problem if you are putting in address and names different from yours.  But more then likely it is a glitch and strongly suggest you simply call...much faster then waiting out the site issues!
