California Resident Ticket Offer is a really great deal! According to the Important Details section near the bottom of the page, it states that this offer is "valid only for California residents within ZIP codes 90000-96199; proof of eligible residency, including valid government-issued photo ID, is required for both purchase and admission."
Therefore, if you live within those ZIP codes and have a government-issued photo ID that you can use as proof of residency then you can definitely take advantage of this promotion.
If you're not in those ZIP codes then Hakuna Matata, Dalila! There are other fantastic promotions offered year round on the Special Offers & Discounts page that may be eligible for instead.
Personally, my wife and I just took advantage of the
Kids' Summer Ticket Offer for a visit we're taking this summer. There are also often hotel promotions as well for reduced room rates as well.
