I live in England and am visiting 30th May - 8th June. Can my kids receive a call or a video from Mickey to let them know about the surprise holiday ? I can't seem to find this option anywhere ! Thanks

Hello Sam and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Having done a little research on your behalf I don't believe that Disney offers Guests the option of a personalized phone call or a video message from Mickey Mouse announcing their upcoming trip.
But with your holiday to Walt Disney World Resort right around the corner I can't think of a more fun way to reveal the 'surprise' to your children than with this free Mickey Mouse eCard!
After arriving at Walt Disney World Resort it should be possible to arrange complimentary 'Welcome' and 'Wake Up' phone calls from Disney characters on your Resort room phone; just ask a Cast Member at the Concierge Desk.
For an extra special surprise it's easy to organize a Mickey's Grand Welcome in your Resort room with the help of those wonderful folks at Disney Floral and Gifts
Wishing you a completely magical holiday later this month at Walt Disney World Resort.
