    Is there a live chat that I can talk to someone?

    Hi Elizabeth! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Oh boy! You are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort today and I know how thrilled you must be. I begin the countdown to our vacation the day that I reserve it and by the time our travel day arrives, I can barely contain my excitement!

    You can find a chat feature on the main Walt Disney World website. This feature allows you to chat with a Cast Member and ask any questions you have. The live chat can be found in the Help Center (in the upper right corner of the page). If the "Chat" icon is not active, it is usually because they are currently busy. If you visit the Disney Resort hotel pages, you should find that the "Chat" icon pops up on the right side of each Disney Resort hotel's page, as well.

    If you need to speak with someone right away and chat is busy, you can also call Disney directly at (407) 939-5277. The Cast Members are always so friendly and ready to help in any way that they can!
