    I live in Canada Staying at a on site Disney resort How will I get my bands and how will they be acrivtivated? I read they don’t mail them?? And another ? How direct is the Disney bus from French quarter? Does it have a stop before or Is it the first sto

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    As a fellow Canadian, I can sadly confirm that we don’t receive our MagicBands at home prior to starting our Walt Disney World Resort vacation as MagicBands can’t be shipped internationally. But, don’t worry! Your MagicBands will be waiting for you at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel when you check in and they should be “automagically” linked to your My Disney Experience account. 

    Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is probably my favourite Moderate Resort Hotel and one of the reasons why is because there is only one Disney bus transportation stop due to its smaller size! Based on my experience, although it’s the first stop when it shares a bus line with its sister resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, there are often times when it has its own dedicated bus, especially early in the morning. If you have any questions about how to get around Walt Disney World Resort during your stay, please ask your Lobby Concierge - they’ll be happy to help!
