    Hello, I live in Canada. I recently purchased Annual Passes. Once we activate them at the park, how will we receive Magic Bands, as I believe they don't get shipped to Canada?

    Hi Leah, 

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Congratulations on purchasing your Walt Disney World Annual Pass, you are in for an exciting year of fun and magic!

    When I purchased my Annual Pass, being from Canada I did not receive my MagicBand in the mail.  You are still able to customize and receive your MagicBand, however for the address, simply add the address of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.   When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, ask at the front desk during check in for your Annual Passholder Magic Band, it will be separate from your MagicBand for your vacation package.  

    In order to customize your Annual Pass MagicBand you will need to login to My Disney Experience.  Once in your account click on the "MagicBands and Tickets" tab and at the top you will see Your MagicBand Order".  Simply click on the Annual Passholder MagicBand and follow the instructions to customize your MagicBand.  I would recommend customizing your MagicBand a few weeks prior to your vacation, just to allow enough time to process your order.
