    Hi, I live in Canada and purchased multiple 4-day passes for my family. The tix expire date was moved to Dec 2021. Although Disneyland is now open the borders are not. Will my tix be extended again if we can not travel or can I obtain a refund? Thx, Dan

    Hi Dan, 

    Thank you for taking the time to visit planDisney with your question, we are always happy to assist.  I was so excited to see that Disneyland Resort has reopened to California Residents and as a fellow Canadian, I am patiently waiting for the borders to reopen!  After such a long closure, we could all use some more Disney magic in our lives!

    With the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort, most Theme Park Tickets have automatically had the expiration date extended until December 16, 2021.  If you are unable to visit prior to the extended expiry date, don't worry, your Theme Park Tickets won't go to waste.  Guests are able to apply the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Ticket toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Ticket.  In order to do this I recommend calling Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be happy to help with your request.  

    Sending lots of extra Pixie Dust in hope the borders will open and you will be able to travel to Disneyland Resort soon, Dan.  If you have any other questions please come back to us here at planDisney we are glad to help!
