    We live in Canada and can't have the magic bands shipped. Can we pick up our bands at DisneySprings guests services, as we'll be going to the parks for a few days before checking into the resort.

    It's always so exciting to be planning for your Walt Disney World vacation, isn't it? There's so much to look forward to, and it's great that you want to get the magic started as quickly as possible by visiting the theme parks before your Walt Disney World Resort check-in. As for the MagicBands, you would need to pick them up at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel when you check-in on your check-in day. There is still good news for you, though. If you are arriving within the week of your check-in, you can go to Guest Relations at Disney Springs to activate your tickets, and you will be provided with plastic cards to access the theme parks.

    So, Nicole, you can get the magic started more quickly for your Walt Disney World vacation.
