Hi! If I live in California full time and have a state issued id would I be able to make reservations for me and my partner who does not have a california id?

    Hey Austin!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am thrilled to hear that you are planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are now open to California residents. We are just weeks away from the opening of Avengers Campus inside Disneyland Park! You’ll be able to join your favorite superheroes against the forces of evil! I think I am most excited to try Pym Test Kitchen and their Wasp’s size defying fare.  The Not So Little Chicken Sandwich looks decadent and there are so many other great food items as well. Check out the Foodie Guide to Avengers Campus so that you are ready on your next visit!

It sounds like you live in California and are a California resident. I recommend that you update that information on your Disney Account because right now it shows you are from Georgia. To make a theme park reservation, your information will need to be up to date and you will need to attest you are a California resident. If your partner does not live here in California then they would not be allowed to enter the theme parks at this time. A Cast Member may ask you to verify California residency at the gate with a government issued ID or driver's license so if each member in your party 18 and older is not able to provide that, I would wait until later to visit the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort.

Well Austin, if you have any other questions for us please come back and let us know!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
