Hi Kelly, and welcome to planDisney!
All of us here at planDisney were excited "to infinity and beyond" when we heard the news about the
Disneyland Resort's phased reopening. As you know, there are several new rules in place as Guests are welcomed back to The Happiest Place on Earth; these rules are to ensure compliance with applicable health and safety guidance. One of those current rules is that only California residents may visit, and in groups consisting of no more than three households.
As you enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, you may be asked to show identification that verifies California residency. It's my understanding that this ID should be a photo ID; if you don't have any form of official ID with your California residence on it, you should bring some other proof of residency along with a photo ID in the same name. I also recommend that you check your
My Disneyland account to make sure it's up-to-date with your California address. Please
call (714) 781-INFO to speak with Guest Relations if you'd like to confirm that your proof of residency will be accepted.
Kelly, as you count down to your visit, be sure to read the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news on Disneyland Resort's phased reopening, as well as fun stories about new and newly reopened experiences. Have a wonderful time on your visit!
Wishing you a great big beautiful tomorrow,
Robyn
