Hi, we live in CA and have a trip planned to Disneyland in November. Is there a specific time that dining reservation days are released?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Lisa!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! It is such an honor and privilege to be on your PLANNING TEAM!

Guests can make Disneyland Dining Reservations up to 60 days in advance online at the Disneyland Resort website. Based on your arrival date, you can go ahead and make your dining reservations RIGHT NOW! WOO HOO! If you have not made your dining reservations, there really is not a specific time when Mickey Mouse and his pals release Disneyland Dining reservations. From my experience and research, I would begin looking for reservations between 6 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. (PST). If, for some reason, reservations are still not available, then my recommendation would be to check periodically throughout the day to see if reservations are open.

If dining reservations are not available when you check online, please do not give up! I would suggest checking the online reservation system a week before your arrival. Plans change for Guests all of the time, and they will cancel their reservation to avoid paying the cancellation penalty. Since online reservations are dynamic, that means you are able to find a cancelled reservation and make it YOUR reservation! WOO HOO! Restaurants also take same-day reservations. While this is a last resort suggestion, there are times when you CAN make a reservation that way.

I hope this information helps you in your planning. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
