When purchasing
theme park tickets, you are prompted to add names to each ticket but this is mainly just for your own organizational purposes and does not lock in who needs to use this ticket.
When you arrive at the Disneyland Resort and enter your first park, the Cast Member at the entry gate will take a picture of each member of your party that will be associated with their individual ticket. It's after this initial scan that the ticket is then locked in and must be used by the same Guest for the duration of that ticket's use.
If it would be helpful to get the names changed anyway - to avoid confusion for you and your party - you can
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line who can help you get those names corrected! That way you'll see the correct names in the
Disneyland Resort mobile app and will have a bit easier time keeping the tickets sorted during your visit. In case you need it, that direct phone number to the Tickets line is +1 (714) 781-4636.
