I want to take my little ones to disney world for a couple of days to visit and I have a few questions . when would be the best time they are 1 and 2 . and what parks do you recommend ? And do the resorts have microwaves ?

    Greetings Jasmine,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I think it is a lovely idea to bring your little ones to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Since your children are 1 and 2, I suggest visiting during the regular school year period, because most kids will be in school. In addition, avoid holiday periods and summer months. I personally think early and mid-May are lovely periods to visit.

Every park has great attractions that can appeal to little ones, but Magic Kingdom Park is my first choice. There are many great attractions that you can enjoy as a family, such as Dumbo the Flying Elephant, for example.

Standard Disney Resort hotel rooms do not offer microwaves, but if you book a family-suite like the ones at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, for example, you will have a small kitchenette with a microwave. In addition, you can use the microwaves located at common dining areas of the resorts, such as the Quick-Service locations.

One final tip: don’t forget to visit the Baby Care Centers located at all four theme parks. They are great places to stop for a diaper change, nurse or feed your baby, rest, and even shop for items you might have left at home.

It was a pleasure answering your question. I really hope you bring your little ones on a magical adventure to the place where dreams come true.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
