    I have a little confusion about photopass. I thought the $99 only bought the rights to the CD. Does this also include any prints that are ordered as well or is that an additional fee? Is the $99 a credit towards purchasing the prints? How does it work?

    Hi Jenni!

    When you buy the PhotoPass photo CD, you will get all of your photos (including any that you edit and add borders, autographs, etc. to) on the CDs and the copyrights to the photos. Once you receive the CD you can get prints made anywhere. I have made prints at online sites like Shutterfly and Snapfish as well as in stored like Target and Walmart. If you decide to make prints in a store, it's a good idea to print a copy of the copyright release to show as proof that you have rights to make copies of the pictures. The CDs are yours forever and you can make as many copies of the photos as you want and all you ever pay is the $99 - which is the special pre-order price.

    When you buy the CD it doesn't include any prints from PhotoPass. You could buy them from the PhotoPass website, but it would be at an additional cost.

    If you don't pre order the CD before you leave home, and while you are on vacation you decide that you want to buy the CD you can buy it at any of the parks. You will pay the full price for the CD, but you will get vouchers for three 5x7 prints which makes up for the price difference. I'm not sure, but maybe this is what is causing a bit of confusion?

    If you think there is even a chance that you will want the CD, I would pre-order it before leaving for your vacation. If you return home and decide that you don't want it after all, you can get a 100% refund.
