    A little confused about the upgrade in the magic bands, they must have been popular as they are picked over. Is there plans to offer this upgrade again before August 2019 or is this a case of "you snooze you loose"? Thanks

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with a question for us! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation must be right around the corner if it's time to select and customize your MagicBands. So I'm sure you must be getting excited about your magical getaway!

    The all new option to upgrade your MagicBand at a discounted price was just recently launched, and I think many Guests had been waiting to place their orders. It even looked like the system might have been a little overloaded and that pesky Stitch kept eating everyone's page. So that's probably why you didn't see as many different styles being offered when you logged on. But since you can customize your MagicBands up to 11 days prior to your arrival and still receive them in the mail before your departure, you might want to wait and see if the choices return to what was originally offered. My guess is that the selections will probably return once the initial flurry of orders are filled, and they have adequate time to restock everything. Keep in mind that the selection is always subject to availability though.
