Hi, I have got the Little big book to help me plan our holiday in May, we have disney dining plan, I have seen that places get booked, should I book all our waiter service meals in advance? If this is a good idea how do I go about doing it form the uk?

    Hi Katy!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

With the popularity of the Disney Dining Plan, I would strongly recommend that you make Advance Dining Reservations for as much of your dining as possible.  These can be made 180 days in advance, so you will be able to do this now.

From the UK, you will need to obtain your eight-digit U.S. confirmation number, which should be three letters, followed by five numbers ABC12345.  If you have booked with the Walt Disney Travel Company, the number to call is (freephone) 0800 16 90 730.  Otherwise, contact your UK travel agent direct.

You will now be able to make your dining reservations online or by calling direct to the USA - 001 407 939 3463.  If you make reservations online, ensure you link your bookings to your disney dining plan - you can do this by clicking on "I want to use my dining plan to book reservations".  You will be taken to another screen where you will enter your dining confirmation number, your name and arrival date.

If you have any more questions about dining reservations, or recommendations for restaurants, please send me a direct question, I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
