Vince from OH Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How can I get literature, brochures, maps, etc about the various parks mailed to me? My wife and I have never been to Disney World, and we are taking our 5 year old in late April.

Hello, Vince! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You and your family are simply going to adore your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort.

Unfortunately, Mickey and the gang no longer send maps or brochures in the mail. Instead of printing all that paper, they are saving trees and providing you with a wealth of information online.

You can watch some well-made Disney Planning Videos to learn more about the Resort and it’s Hotels, or peruse the Interactive Maps to mark out your paths in each park. You’ll also want to log on to My Disney Experience to make your Advance Dining Reservations and FastPass+ reservations to make the most of your day.

If you’re still yearning for mail from the Mouse, be sure to customize your MagicBands (complimentary with an on-property hotel stay) and await the pixie-dusted package before your depart on your vacation. Please let me know if there is anything else I am able to assist you with. Happy Planning! ~Lindsey P.
