Hey, hey Andrea and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. After a long day at the theme parks, I do not want to trek halfway across the parking lot to get transportation back to my
Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Fortunately, Mickey and the gang have made that much easier for all Guests.
The
Walt Disney World Bus Service bus depot is closer than any other method of transportation with the exception of the Uber/Lyft/taxi pick up/drop off location at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Each location is less than a five-minute walk from the entrance. There is a bus directory at each bus depot to show you which corral your Resort hotel bus will chauffeur you back to your hotel. The bus corrals change from time to time so I suggest looking at the Bus Directory for the most current corrals. Easy peasy. Of course, you are welcome to call a third party service or use the
Minnie Van Service for an extra special transportation experience. This concierge level service pairs you with a knowledgeable and entertaining Disney driver who will give you tips, tricks, and history as well as customize a Disney music playlist.
Disney Dad Tip: A nifty souvenir that many people do not know about are the Official Walt Disney World Transportation Collector Cards. They are given out by the captains and drivers of the Ferryboat, monorail, and buses. Just ask for the card and start your collection.
Andrea, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
