Welcome to
planDisney, Robert!
Thanks for stopping by as you prepare for your winter getaway to the
Most Magical Place on Earth. I love escaping to sunny Florida while Elsa makes things chilly up north. Fingers crossed for Olaf-approved weather during your stay! Since Kristoff's sled is likely unavailable, let's review options for getting you to your resort from the airport.
Mears Connect. This third-party airport shuttle provides transportation between Orlando International Airport and area resorts. You can book in advance on their website or stop by the check-in desk on level one of Terminals B and C. After retrieving your luggage, follow the signs. This is ideal for families with young children since you don't have to worry about bringing a car seat on board these comfortable, air-conditioned motor coaches.
Rental Car. Consider renting a car if you're looking for flexibility or have some off-property adventures planned. Don't need it for the entirety of your stay? My family has done one-way rentals and dropped off cars at the
Disney Car Care Center.
Ride sharing. The quickest way to travel between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World is to request a ride from Uber or Lyft. There are designated pick-up zones just outside baggage claim.
Robert, I have the most experience with the above three options. You'll find even more choices if you check the airport website or search for private car or limousine companies in the area. I hope this has been helpful! Please reach out if there's anything else we can do to make your January trip even more magical. Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
