Welcome to planDisney, Carole!
Thank you for visiting us today with a great question! It is a pleasure to assist you as you plan
summer adventures at the Walt Disney World Resort!
One of my favorite things to do while planning a visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth is deciding where to eat! There are so
many options to choose from and I always like to try something different each time I visit. Guests are encouraged to make dining reservations ahead of their visit because capacity is currently limited due to the current situation to promote physical distancing. Some restaurants are very popular, especially those offering unique experiences and character dining. You can currently dine with Disney pals at the following locations:
Chef Mickey’s,
Garden Grill Restaurant,
Hollywood & Vine, and
Topolino’s Terrace – Flavours of the Riviera. Please note that
Tusker House Restaurant is reopening on June 20!
A few restaurants that I really enjoy and that are very popular and require reservations are ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park, and Teppan Edo at EPCOT. Guests can make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance
online or using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can make reservations up to 60 days in advance plus the length of your stay (up to 10 days).
planDisney tip: If you are planning to make reservations at a table-service restaurant located inside a theme park, remember that you will need valid theme park tickets and a
Disney Park Pass reservation.
I hope this information is helpful, Carole! Come back to visit us if you need more dining tips and be sure to check our
Panel Extras for more magical advice!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
