Welcome back to planDisney, Jennifer! It's always great to see a returning guest!
Jennifer, planning ahead for your park arrival is an important part of your day and while you likely can't get to your destination as fast as Lightning McQueen on the racetrack, let's talk about travel times!
The Disney Skyliner has revolutionized getting to the parks for guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel with a Disney Skyliner station and I'm excited for you to experience traveling like the birds do! From
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort your flight to EPCOT will likely take approximately 8 minutes and your flight to Disney's Hollywood Studios will take approximately 4 minutes once you've boarded your gondola. Please keep in mind that this doesn't take into account wait times to board. I just returned from a stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort and some mornings we waited 10-15 minutes to board at our resort and then longer at the end of the night for the return trip home.
Now, Jennifer, since you're also planning to visit Magic Kingdom Park, you'll want to
hop aboard a bus for a trip that will take approximately 20-25 once you've taken your seat. If you'll be visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, that drive will be approximately 10-15 minutes (again, once you're on board). Jennifer, please keep in mind that this doesn't take into account bus wait times. Officially the Walt Disney World Resort asks that you leave yourself 90 minutes of travel time from leaving your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room to arriving at the park of your choice. While it has rarely taken me that long (more likely half of that time) it does help to manage expectations and plan for your day.
Jennifer, I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to your next Disney Parks vacation. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to race on back to planDisney where we'll always say...
"ready, set... GO!"Lauren
