    Is there a list of rides that offer the rider switch option? We would hate to wait in line with an infant and discover the ride we waited for was not part of the program. Thanks for all of the great tips!

    Hi Linnea!

     This was my first question when my family visited with our eldest for the first time! The way a  couple of cast members explained it to me was, if a ride has a height requirement, then it will have a rider switch option. So for a ride such as Pirates of the Caribbean in Magic Kingdom, which has a small drop, there is not a rider switch option because there is not a height requirement. I was surprised, but both my children have been on this ride as very small children and enjoyed it. (I'm sure you'll use your mommy instinct o decide if your child would feel the same!) So, here is a great link to a Disney site that has a pdf on the right hand side listing attractions with height requirements at Walt Disney World. Hope this helps!
