Hi there Karen and welcome back to planDisney!
Karen, you're my kind of Guest. You ask the in-depth questions that a girl really needs to know to try to make her vacation everything it can be. We love to see it. I've definitely been where you are with an eager little girl wanting to ride everything. The only difference is, that my goddaughter is traditionally one of the shortest kids in her class but is the most fearless. I was so worried that she would be too small for everything! Luckily the Walt Disney World Resort has us all covered!
When you need to check the height requirements to accommodate those little daredevils with a need for speed
Attractions & Entertainment is going to be the page that serves as your lifeline. Attractions that are labeled Any Height are safe for everyone. Measure your young Mouseketeer(wearing shoes) and then check the requirements for the Thrill Rides to make sure she's tall enough. My exceptionally short goddaughter was able to do quite a bit during her first trip when she was 5 years old. That's how we discovered her love of
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. The next year she was tall enough for
Avatar Flight of Passage. Now a few years have passed and she'll be zooming through the stars on
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind without us even having to think about height requirements.
Karen, I hope I've given you the tools you need to help your young adventurer have the time of her life. If you have any other questions
you know where to find us. We're happy to help!
Happy planning!
Taylor
