Is there a list of the quick service restaurants that’s not just burgers and hot dogs? Also, list for snacks etc? My hubby, daughter and future son in law are going for the first time. It will be my 2nd time. 1st time was 32 years ago. Lol

Hi Stephanie, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It sounds like you and your family will enjoy an amazing experience at the Walt Disney World Resort! My husband and I had the same concern when we started planning our honeymoon. As a couple of foodies, we were worried that we could feel disappointed with the food offerings at Quick Service locations. I'm happy to share with you that many options became true favorites and make us want to go back just for the food!

While there isn't an official list of locations that offer more than burgers and hot dogs, you can check the menus for all Walt Disney World Resort restaurants by visiting their specific websites and clicking on the link on right side of the picture, directly under the information about the Dining Plans.

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe and Sleepy Hollow are some of our favorites at Magic Kingdom Park. The first has many great Mexican-inspired dishes like the Fajita Platter and the second is my favorite place to have a Fresh Waffle Fruit Sandwich for a special breakfast.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park has two GREAT options for Quick Service. At Flame Tree Barbecue, you'll find delicious barbecued meats among which my favorite choice is the Ribs, Chicken and Pulled Pork Sampler, that can be easily be shared among two adults if combined with a serving of the French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese. My other favorite is the Satu'li Canteen, that offers delicious bowls and the surprising Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse.

The selections at Epcot are very good, but I also have two favorites: Tangierine Café and Katsura Grill. Both are far away from the classic fast food menu and will surely surprise your palate!

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, the best Quick Service destination is Woody's Lunch Box, as their "Totchos" and BBQ Brisket Melt are both awesome. The BaseLine Tap House is also a great destination for adults at this Theme Park, as it features delicious bites and a good selection of wine and craft beers. How do those sound?

I hope your family likes these options and that you have many amazing meals during your vacation! If you need more tips, please, come back - as you may know, foodies love to share their tips!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
