    I would like a list of quick service restaurants that have special diet food, for the 4 parks at WDW. Please. Has anyone found such a list? Thanks in advance.

    That's a great question!

    The culinary team at Walt Disney World has been widely regarded as being the best in the travel industry when it comes to accommodating dietary intolerances and allergies. Since this is such a prominent area of focus, the cast members are well trained in how to help guests navigate menu options. 

    With respect to getting a list of quick-service restaurants that have the ability to accommodate dietary intolerances or allergies, my advice would be to send an e-mail to the Special Diets Team at: 

    special.diets@disneyworld.com

    Tell them your arrival date, as well as your specific dietary needs, and they can send over a very comprehensive list that will help you better plan your meals. I've had the need to request that type of information in the past and what I got in return was super helpful!

    Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

    In addition to focusing on dietary sensitivities, the culinary team has also been focusing on offering a wide array of healthy alternatives at the quick-service restaurants. While you can still get some pretty darn good cheeseburgers and hot dogs, you can also get fresh fruits, vegetables, healthy proteins, and even vegetarian options.
