How do I get to the list of prior cruises I've taken? I can get the number, but not the dates and ships. I generally book my cruises through DCL and then switch them over to Costco.

Ahoy, James! Welcome aboard planDisney and thank you for sailing our way.

Welcome fellow Castaway Club Member! My family can't get enough of sailing with Captains Minnie and Mickey, and it sounds like I'm in good company with you. James, the Disney Cruise Line website has been undergoing an upgrade and that is the reason for this change. Unfortunately, at this time, the website is not displaying the specific dates and ships on which you sailed from your past cruises. To find this information, you must reach out to a Disney Cruise Line agent. You can chat online (if you see the feature available) or call to inquire. I know this extra step is a little less than magical, so I'm hopeful that the information will once again be displayed online soon.

With each voyage sailed aboard the Disney Cruise Line, you are one step closer to either Gold or Platinum Castaway Club Member status. One of my favorite benefits of being a Castaway Club Member is the ability to book new itineraries earlier than the general public. It's an especially helpful benefit as Disney Cruise Line continues to release new and exciting itineraries. Another favorite benefit of mine is the exclusive invites to entertainment onboard. These vary by itinerary, and feel like an extra bonus when they are offered!
