Do you have a list of gluten-free places to eat for my grandchildren from sit-down restaurants to quick bites In Disneyland?--- Including Character dining

    Hello Bonita!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

There are lots of gluten free options at Disneyland Resort. Prior to your visit, I would contact the Special Dietary Requests department. They can help you plan your meals and any special considerations you may have throughout your stay. They will be able to know which foods are gluten free that can be delivered to your room, if you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, as well as what options you will have in the parks.

Also, when you arrive at the dining location of your choice, you can ask to speak to a chef if you have big concerns over the ingredients and options available to you. We do this with my son and always find delicious choices for him.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
