Hi there! Do you have a list of gluten free items from quick service areas and/or the carts in DL and DCA? I am gluten sensitive, not celiac so it’s not an allergy but I must avoid due to an autoimmune issue. Thank you SO much!!!

Happiest Greetings on Earth, Jennifer! Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question today. It will be my genuine honor to help out!

I completely understand your question and I'm glad to share what I think will be a very helpful resource for you. The Special Dietary Requests page has some very useful guidance for Guests navigating allergy-friendly and special dietary needs during their visit to the Disneyland Resort. From table-service dining to quick-service, carts, and kiosks, I really appreciate how comprehensive this information is, for families (like mine) who need it!

Since you specifically asked about quick-service dining, I'm happy to share that most of these dining locations have menus posted online or within the official Disneyland mobile app, with specific sections for allergy-friendly listings, including gluten/wheat. We often use this to plan ahead, and then consult with a Cast Member at the dining location about our allergy-friendly request. While the options may not be as wide at the carts and kiosks, I find that sticking to packaged items with nutrition labels helps us identify if they meet our particular needs.

If you happen to choose a table service dining location, Jennifer, my recommendation is to communicate your allergy-friendly request at the time you make your reservation. There is typically a section that prompts you to add a note or a special dietary request for the Cast Members, and that will help the dining team prepare accordingly. When you arrive at the restaurant, be sure to let the server know, or you may opt to consult with the chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member.

Jennifer, I hope this is some helpful guidance for now, and that you can be assured that there are many wonderful options for a fun, flavorful, and memorable dining experience at Disneyland Resort. If we can help with anything else in the meantime, I hope you'll feel welcome to come visit planDisney again soon.

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
    Tishra
