How do I get in the list for a galaxy far far away ride? My reservation is July 7th.

Hello Ashley! An adventure awaits you in a galaxy far, far away! I am glad to hear that you are excited about your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

The attraction that I believe you are referring to is Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance! A truly amazing experience! Guests wishing to visit this attraction must do so through a virtual queue which is available on the My Disney Experience app!

Guests have two opportunities to access the virtual queue during the day. The first opportunity comes at 7:00 AM. Guests do not need to be present in the park to access the virtual queue at 7:00 AM. The second opportunity to gain access is at 1:00 PM. At this time, Guests must be present inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios to access the virtual queue.

When you are ready to access the queue, open your My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Scroll down just a bit to where you see “Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance - Request Access with Virtual Queue.” You will see a button that read “Join.” Tap that button and then follow the prompts to gain access to the virtual queue.

Ashley, don’t hesitate! Be ready at either 7:00 AM or 1:00 PM! Assignments to the virtual queue (known as “boarding groups”) go faster than the Millennium Falcon making the Kessel Run! May the Force be with you!
