Could I have a list of dairy free foods! Thank you!

Hiya, Tarrah! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for sharing your delicious dining questions with us.

Walt Disney World makes it easy for guests with dietary restrictions and allergies to navigate the theme parks and resort hotels. You can find allergy-friendly menus on every restaurant page, either on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. Just choose a dining location, select the menu icon, and scroll until you find the menu that fits your needs. In your case, that would be the Milk Allergy-Friendly Menu.

I'd also suggest telling a Cast Member at your chosen dining location that you have an allergy or dietary restriction, and they can help you with the menu. You can find additional information about special dietary requests here. You can also contact the Special Diets team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com if you or anyone in your group has either 4 or more allergy requests, adheres to a medically-restrictive diet, or requires pureed meals.

Many dining locations have a milk allergy-friendly menu, so it would be tough to list all of the foods here, but I can share a selection of popular dairy-free snacks.

    - DOLE Whip
    - Popcorn
    - Plant-based Mickey-shaped waffles
    - Blue and Green Milk from the Milk Stand at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
    - Mickey-shaped pretzels (without the cheese sauce)
    - Turkey legs
    - Churros (be careful about the toppings and dipping sauces)
    - Many of the delicious drinks at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto…which may not qualify as snacks, but I think they’re delicious!

Tarrah, I hope this information helps with your vacation planning. Pop right back to planDisney if you have any other questions or are looking for additional dairy-free dining recommendations. Our super-smart panelists are here to help!

    Magical travels!
