    Can I get a list of all my charges while on my last trip?

    You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney.  Thanks for stopping by today with your question.  While it's always sad to see a Walt Disney World Resort vacation come to an end, I hope your recent visit was filled with plenty of pixie dust, and I'm happy to help you locate your final Guest Folio to recap all the fun you had during your stay.

    There's a great chance that you already have a copy of your final copy of your room charges in your email inbox.  After checking out of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room, you should have received an email that included your final billing statement at checkout.  First, I suggest doing a quick email search for the subject line, "Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt", to see if you already have the information you need.  But if you can't locate your final bill, don't worry –– all you'll need to do is send an email to guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com to request a copy.  If possible, be sure to include your name, Resort, trip dates, and reservation number to expedite the process.  Also, just be aware that, due to the high volume of emails, it usually takes anywhere from 7-21 days to receive your statement –– I just took a look back through my inbox, and when I emailed Guest Services for a copy of my bill in the fall, I received a copy of my final bill in 15 days.

    Next time you stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, keep in mind that you can also take a look at your room charges prior to checkout using the My Disney Experience mobile app.  All you'll need to do is tap "Resort Hotel" in the main menu and scroll down until you see your Resort room number.  By selecting "View Charges", you'll be able to see a list of the charges on your account, as well as any payments that have been made during your visit.  Room charges are also typically available to view on the app for 24 hours after checkout.
