Hello Gary,
Welcome back to planDisney! Oh boy, it's as wonderful as can be to see you back here once again.
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I am of course able to totally relate to your recent experience of trying to access online information concerning the
Disability Access Service (DAS) via our
UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company website.Gary, I'm more than happy to share that Guests are always more than welcome to speak in person with Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number for
Disability Services contained within this
Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities link.Alternatively, it's also possible to reach out to Cast Members via this handy email address:
disability.services@disneyparks.comIt might be helpful to understand that upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, all Guests are able to discuss registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS) by stopping by
Guest Relations at any Disney Theme Park.
Cast Members in Theme Park Guest Relations will be more than happy to discuss the individual needs of Guests concerning their disabilities. Plus, you'll be pleased to hear that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members may provide will be valid for the Guest's entire length of stay; which at present, is for up to 60-days at Walt Disney World Resort!
Gary, I hope I've been able to provide some pixie-dusted insight and guidance for you today to help you plan for your upcoming
summer holiday later this month at Walt Disney World Resort.Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
