After linking a vacation package to my Disney account, I don't see theme park tickets anywhere in my confirmation email or account -- where are the tickets that I've purchased and how can I find them?

Hello Jonathan, and welcome to planDisney!

I am thrilled to hear that you are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort during the 50th Anniversary Celebration. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble locating your tickets so that you can finalize your plans. I would be happy to help you resolve this issue.

It’s quite possible that when you linked your reservation to your My Disney Experience account, your tickets were automatically linked too. When you sign in to your account, click on the My Plans tab. Here you will see a snapshot of your plans so far. You have access to all of your plans: Family & Friends list, Resort Hotel reservations, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining reservations. If you scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section, click on the Tickets and Memory Maker tab. If you see tickets assigned to everyone in your travel party, you are all set. Reminder: you can also make your Advanced Dining Reservations for table service restaurants in the parks, Disney Springs, and in the Disney Resorts Collection hotels.

If they are not linked, you will need your confirmation number to link them. Hover over the Park Tickets button above and click on the Link Tickets button. Enter your confirmation number in the ID number line and click next. Assign your tickets to the members of your travel party and then confirm your selection.

Now that you have your tickets linked, you will want to make your Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible. Each member of your group will need a reservation for each day they plan to visit a park. If you have the Park Hopper Option added to your tickets, you only need to make a reservation for your first park of the day. Each theme park has limited availability for guests, so you can check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before making your reservations. To make your Theme Park Reservations, click the Theme Park Tickets button and then Create Your Party from the members on your family & friends list. Continue by selecting the date and the park you are planning to visit. Review and confirm your choices for that day. You will receive an email confirmation of your Theme Park Reservations. You will need to repeat this process for each day that you have valid admission tickets. All of your reservations will be added to your plans. They can be accessed online or with the My Disney Experience mobile app.

If you run into any trouble with linking your tickets, you may need the help of a Cast Member on the Existing Reservations team by calling (407) 934-7639. Hopefully, this resolves your issues. Wishing you all the fun on your vacation.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
